报告内容简介:

It is well accepted that brain connectivity and functional integration are critical for understanding brain functions. However, comparing with resting-state, functional connectivity and network organizations during various task conditions are still methodologically challenging and largely unexplored. I will talk about the research conducted in our lab on methodological developments on task modulated connectivity on fMRI data. And, I will present our latest findings on large-scale task modulated connectivity from large-scale open-access datasets. These results will have practical implications on the analysis of task modulated connectivity, and will provide novel insights on brain functions during various task conditions.

报告嘉宾简介:

Dr. Di is a Research Assistant Professor at Department of Biomedical Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology. He completed his PhD at Department of Psychology, Sun Yat-Sen University (China), and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Lab of Dr. Bharat Biswal at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. His research interests focus on brain connectivity and brain networks using functional neuroimaging techniques.
