简介:

邢少军,博士,深圳大学医学部特聘教授。主要从事T细胞分化发育、感染免疫、表观修饰等方面的研究,在国际著名期刊Nat Immunol, Immunity, J of Immunol, JAIDS等发表英文文章12篇,总影响因子超过140。2010年博士毕业于中国科学院生物物理所。曾工作于中国医学科学院病原所、美国爱荷华大学微生物与免疫学系。2018年入选中央组织部第十四批“青年千人计划”。主要研究成果包括:阐明Wnt信号通路下游转录调控因子TCF1/ LEF1在CD8+T细胞发育中的调控作用,并首次发现转录因子TCF1/ LEF1具有组蛋白去乙酰化(HDAC)的表观修饰功能,文章发表在Nature Immunology 杂志,被Faculty1000引用并推荐;揭示转录因子TCF1 的β-catenin结合功能区在T细胞发育中作用,成果发表在Journal of Immunology杂志;系统分析特异性CD8+ T细胞在病毒及细菌感染过程中表观修饰及调控的动态变化,文章发表在Immunity杂志;阐明慢性HIV感染患者外周CD4+FoxP3+调节性T细胞与免疫活化的相关性,成果发表在艾滋病专业杂志JAIDS及免疫学杂志Immunology

主要研究方向:(1) 获得性免疫细胞(T细胞、B细胞)及天然免疫细胞(如单核-巨噬细胞)在病原感染、肿瘤发生等疾病状态下的免疫应答及表观修饰研究;(2)wnt信号通路转录因子及其调控因子在免疫细胞发育中的作用;(3)wnt信号通路转录因子TCF1/ LEF1在辅助性T细胞亚群(如调节性T细胞、滤泡调节性T细胞)免疫反应中的调控作用。
