A.     Personal Statement

My research interests focus on detecting veterinary drugs, mycotoxins and other food contaminants of animal origin by new immunoassay and sensor formats. My research has been supported by one grant from National Natural Science Foundation in China (NSFC), three grant s from the Science and Technology Commission of Guangdong Province, and two grants from Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission since 2014. I have published >20 papers in professional, peer-reviewed journals.

During the past decade, my research has focused on (1) analysis of low molecular weight chemicals by immunoassay; (2) food safety and risk assessment in China; and (3) veterinary pharmacology and toxicology. These research lines focus on solving some of the food safety problems in China.
