邢少军
特聘教授

邢少军(Shaojun Xing),博士,深圳大学医学部特聘教授。入选中组部第十四批青年千人计划,获深圳市孔雀计划(B类)资助。主要研究围绕T细胞的发育及功能调节,从分子、细胞、动物及人体等不同水平结合多种学科开展工作。主要学术贡献:1.基础免疫方面:首次直接鉴定转录因子TCF1/LEF1对组蛋白的表观修饰功能,发现转录因子的表观修饰功能,研究成果发表在Nature Immunology 杂志,被F1000prime引用并推荐;发现wnt信号转录抑制因子TLE能够调控CD8+T细胞的正常发育及维持其外周稳定;证明TCF1/LEF1在体内维持Foxp3+调节性T细胞的功能。研究结果分别于2018年和2019年发表在Journal of Experimental Medicine杂志。2.感染与免疫方面,系统分析特异性CD8+ T细胞在感染过程中表观修饰及调控的动态变化,鉴定及发现增强子及超级增强子的动态变化特点,并预测阶段特异的转录调控网络。研究结果发表在Immunity杂志;揭示TCF1/ LEF1对滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)分化的调节机制,成果发表在Nature Immunology杂志3.临床免疫方面:阐明HIV感染不同阶段患者外周CD4+FoxP3+调节性T细胞与HIV感染疾病进展及抗病毒治疗的相关性,揭示疾病进展对调节性T细胞稳态的影响。成果发表在艾滋病专业杂志JAIDS及免疫学杂志Immunology

目前实验室主要研究方向:(1 获得性免疫细胞(T细胞)在病原感染、肿瘤发生等疾病状态下的免疫应答及表观修饰研究;(2wnt信号通路转录因子(TCF1/LEF1)及其调控因子在免疫细胞发育及辅助性T细胞亚群(如调节性T细胞、滤泡调节性T细胞)免疫应答中的调控作用;(3HDAC抑制剂在T细胞分化及功能中的作用机制。
