主讲嘉宾简介

Prof. Dr. Roland Brock received his PhD degree on research on the development of new methods for a quantitative analysis of signal transduction at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, Göttingen, Germany. Following his habilitation in Cell Biology in 2005, in 2006 he accepted a call to the Chair Biochemistry of Integrated Systems, at the Radboud University Medical Center, Nijmegen, Netherlands. His research focuses on fundamental and applied aspects of cellular molecule import. He has made key contributions to the understanding of the molecular mechanisms involved in the uptake of cell-penetrating peptides. Prof. Brock is (co-)author of 114 peer-reviewed original publications on 20 review articles such as Nature Nanotechnology, Journal of Controlled Release, Small et.al, and book chapters, and co-inventor of a cell-penetrating peptide.

 

摘要:通过阳离子细胞穿透肽(CPP)可将寡核苷酸通过非共价键组装为纳米颗粒。该方法为胞内寡核苷酸的传递提供了一个强大的平台。讲座将重点阐述如何通过超分辨率荧光显微镜观测纳米颗粒形成过程以及该纳米颗粒在临床上对肌强直性营养不良综合征和卵巢癌的治疗效果。
