A.Personal statement
I have been engaged in spinal surgery for 23 years and have completed thousands of difficult operations. I have been involved in a series of work aiming to treat spinal deformities, especially severe scoliosis. This work ranks first in the Guangdong province. I lead the work of screening junior middle school students in Shenzhen city for spinal scoliosis and established the spine health system for teenagers in Shenzhen city. This system was recognized by all functional departments and approved by city leaders. Consequently, the Health Discipline Committee listed spine health as a major public health project in Shenzhen.
