A. Personal statement

I have decades of experience conducting clinical examinations related to the monitoring and detection of infectious diseases, and extensive additional experience researching immune response mechanisms to viruses, biochip technology and sensor technology based on rapid, high-throughput detection of microorganisms. As a director of the Clinical Laboratory Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University, I completed a number of research projects funded by national, military, provincial and municipal institutions; including the National Keypoint Research and Invention Program of the Thirteenth, Chinese National Programs for High Technology Research and Development, and the National Nature Science Foundation of China. I also became a Master’s tutor and a postdoctoral advisor. In terms of research results and awards, I have obtained 33 authorized invention patents, two software copyrights and over 100 papers (with more than 30 of these being SCI indexed). I participated in the completion of six books as an editor-in-chief, a translator, and as a participant. I am honored to have won 13 science and technology awards during my career, and completed 12 national and industrial standards.

I have also held multiple social positions, as follows.
