Personal Statement:
Dr. Jinchang Yin received his Ph.D. from Sun Yat-sen University in 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Dr. Yin joined optical engineering and biology postdoctoral stations for postdoctoral training at Sun Yat-sen University. In 2022, Dr. Yin joined the Institute of Biological and Medical Engineering, Guangdong Academy of Sciences through the "Hundred Talents Program", and in 2023, Dr. Yin joined the school of biomedical engineering, Shenzhen University as an assistant professor. Dr. Yin was awarded Shenzhen Pengcheng peacock high-level talents.
The main research of Dr. Yin focuses on the interdisciplinary technologies, leveraging machine/deep learning to develop novel molecular diagnostic and therapeutic probes. Dr. Yin explores the enhanced physical and chemical properties such as optical, magnetic, and thermal properties of the probes, to achieve highly sensitive and high-resolution tumor imaging, as well as highly safe and selective tumor-targeted therapy. Dr. Yin has published more than 20 SCI-indexed academic papers as first/corresponding author and secured over 8 competitive grants, including projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation. He holds 4authorized invention patents as the first inventor.
