A.   Personal Statement

My research interests include medical image analysis for computer aided diagnosis with advanced machine learning technologies (especially for cardiac disease), image perceptual quality/utility assessment with low-level bio-inspired features, and a combination of both for developing robust and reliable solutions of automated routine clinical practice in cardiac disease diagnosis.
