A. Personal Statement
My research interests lie in ultrasound imaging, biomechanical and bioelectrical parameters measurement based on ultrasound techniques. Our lab is dedicated to studying the use of ultrasound technology to detect mechanical and electrical parameters of soft tissues. These parameters include elasticity, viscoelasticity, and electrical conductivity. It is hoped that these techniques can be applied to the early diagnosis of cancer. Research in my lab has been supported by the Young Project of National Natural Science Foundation in China (NSFC) and National Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong province. I have published >20 papers in peer-reviewed professional journals. I am currently mentoring 3 MSc candidates.
