A. Personal statement
Dr. Haitao Li obtained his Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Master degree in Public Health from Shandong University and PhD in Public Health from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Haitao Li is specialized in chronic disease management in primary care. His major research interests include health equity, primary care, social capital and economic evaluation of healthcare programs. He has authored more than 20 publications in international journals such as the Journal of the American Heart Association, Journal of Global Health, Journal of the American Society of Hypertension and Public Health. Since 2016, he has received more than 700000 US$ to conduct research projects. Dr. Haitao Li also serves as a peer reviewer for international journals, such as Quality of Life Research and Medicine.
