1. Personal Statement

My long-standing research interests fall in nursing education . I served as the Director of the Professional Committee for College Nursing Education of Guangdong and the Professional Committee for College Nursing Education of the Guangdong Nursing Association. I have published > 3 0 papers in the peer-reviewed professional journals in the last ten yearsover the past 10 years . I am currently mentoring four MSc candidates.

The majority of my contributions to science have been in teaching staff construction, researches about the reform of cultivation modes of nursing students, for instance, the application of the qualification evaluation system for “Double Qualified” teachers in practice, the establishment of the framework of training contents for clinical nursing teachers, the exploitation and utilization of topic-learning websites, the construction researches about relevant indexes and standards, the transformation from theory to practice for many scientific research subjects. I have led the compilation of or co-edited numerous national-level textbooks, and have held or participated in multiple national or provincial training classes for new business technologies.
