A. Personal Statement
My research interests are in cardiovascular nursing, sleep quality, and lifestyle interventions. During my M.Sc., I investigated the sleep quality of community-dwelling elderly and explored the effects of an alternative therapy (music therapy) to improve sleep quality. During my Ph.D. and post-doctoral training, my research focused on health promotion for patients with metabolic syndrome. I have published > 2 0 peer-reviewed publications and have been awarded various prizes for my research achievements.
