A. Personal statement

Haiyan Dong is Deputy Chief Nurse of the Emergency Department of Shenzhen University General Hospital. She serves as a provincial committee member of Jiangxi Provincial Integrative Medicine Neuroseverity Branch, as a member of the First and Second National Committee of the International Vascular Union, and as a committee member of the Nursing Psychology Committee of the Chinese Mental Health Association. Haiyan is engaged in clinical nursing and nursing management, mainly in emergency medical care. She has experience in internal and external neurology, stroke, severe neurological impairment, neural intervention, neuroendoscopy and other areas of nursing, in elderly chronic disease management, and acute and chronic wound management. She was involved in editing a book published by People's Medical Publishing House, has directed a research project in the Jiangxi Provincial Health Department and a research project in the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education. She has also participated in six projects of the Jiangxi Provincial Health Department, Education Department, and Science and Technology Department, and has published many peered reviewed papers. She has been awarded three engineering training projects, has applied for one invention patent, and has been granted five national utility model patents.
