EDUCATION/TRAINING

A. Personal statement

Lijuan He is Head Nurse at Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital, and has been engaged in clinical nursing for 26 years. She has been a clinical teacher since 1995, and has been recognized as an excellent teacher many times. She has good knowledge in general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology nursing, in dealing with various types of refractory wounds, and providing stoma care and fistula care. She is involved in more than 10 academic lectures within and outside the province every year. She has been in charge of treating patients with pressure ulcers in the hospital since obtaining the diploma as an International Enterostomal Therapist in 2008. She is mainly engaged in research into incontinence with stoma wounds.
