Ye Cheng is the Deputy Director of the Nursing Department; a Member of the Standing Committee of the Rehabilitation Nursing Branch of the Guangdong Rehabilitation Medical Association; a Member of the Education Committee, Guangdong Nursing Society; an Expert of Shenzhen Medical Comprehensive Quality Management Expert Library Nursing Group; a Clinical Teaching Teacher, Nursing College, Shenzhen University.

Ye Cheng is engaged in the research of rehabilitation nursing and community nursing, published 4 papers, 3 guidance papers and 1 national patent by the first author and corresponding author. Participated in the Ministry of health model community confidant health management project.
