医学部关于2025年深圳大学广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金（老生）评审细则

根据国际交流学院2025年深圳大学广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金评审细则，基于公开、公平、公正原则，现制定医学部评审细则。

一、工作机构

医学部组织成立2025年深圳大学广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金（老生）评审小组，负责遴选工作细则的制定及此项工作的遴选和推荐审核。小组成员由医学部及学位点主要负责人组成（小组成员名单见附件4）。

二、在读留学生奖学金申请条件

1、申请人须拥有外国国籍，持有有效外国护照，身体健康，对华友好。

2、申请人应在广东省内具有招收来华留学生资格的普通高等学校就读，年龄在40周岁以下（1985年9月1日（含）后出生）。

3、申请人已在就读高校接受正式学历教育课程一年（含一年）以上，遵纪守法，勤奋好学，品行端正，没有违反中国法律法规和违反校规校纪行为纪录。

4、申请人学业成绩优异，学习表现获得师生的一致认可,具有相应的汉语水平并提供相关证明（部分直接用英语授课的专业可适当放宽条件），当年度必修课课程成绩为良好以上。

5、奖学金评选当年度正在享受或即将享受中国政府各类奖学金、孔子学院奖学金及其他任何中国各级政府资助形式的外国留学生不再享受此项奖励。

三、申请材料

1、（必交材料）《广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金年度申请表（一）》（附件3），由申请人本人签字。

2、（必交材料）2024-2025学年成绩单。

3、（必交材料）护照复印件（有效期内的普通护照）。

4、（必交材料）电子证件照（JPG格式）。

5、（选交材料）HSK4级或以上考试证书复印件。提交复印件的学生注册时原件需接受检查，一旦发现证件伪造将取消录取资格。(提供HSK证书者优先考虑）

6、（选交材料）有发表公开论文的学生需要提交论文以及我校图书馆出具的《论文收录引用检索证明报告》（点击http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp获取《论文收录引用检索证明报告》指南）。

7、（选交材料）上一学年获得获奖证书、奖状等证明材料（2024年9月1日-2025年6月30日）。

四、申请流程与时间

1、凡符合奖励条件的来粤留学生应当按照规定时间登录来粤奖学金系统（status.szu.edu.cn ），在线申请奖学金并按规定扫描上传所需材料。逾期或申请材料不全者不予受理，申请材料弄虚作假者取消申请资格。

2、通过系统初步审核的学生，学位点组织对申请奖学金的学生进行评审推荐。

3、2025年8月19日前由各专业方向组织初选确定推荐人选，

必要时可组织现场答辩，连同学生个人申请材料于8月19日前交至A6-1006办公室。

4、2025年8月20日-2025年8月24日，初选、公示，提交材料。推荐人选的名单在医学部内公示。公示完毕后，学部将推荐名单连同学生个人申请材料于2025年9月1日前报送国际交流学院朝夕楼320。

5、国际交流学院组织学校国际学生奖助金评审委员会进行终审，按照公平、公正、择优的原则，讨论确定最终获奖学生名单。校评审领导小组审定各学院获奖名单，并将获奖名单在全校范围内进行公示。

6、学校国际学生奖助金评审委员会对终审结果公示三日。如对评审过程和结果有异议的，可在公示期间向国际学生奖助金评审委员会提出申诉，国际学生奖助金评审委员会应当受理申诉并予以答复。公示期满无异议后，公布正式获奖名单。

2025 Shenzhen University Medical School “Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship” Application Guidelines

(For returning degree students only)

According to the 2025 Shenzhen University “Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship” Application Guidelines issued by the College of International Exchange, and based on the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, Medical School hereby formulates the guidelines.

ⅠReview committee

Medical School has established a review committee for the 2025 Shenzhen University Medical School “Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship” to carry out the selection. The committee is responsible for developing the selection guidelines and conducting the selection and recommendation. The committee members are composed of the directors of Medical School and degree programs (the list of committee members could be downloaded in the attachment file).

ⅡEligibility

1. The applicants must possess foreign nationality, hold valid foreign passport, be in good health and have friendly sentiments to China.

2. The applicants must be degree studentsin a regular institution of higher education in Guangdong Province with the qualification to admit international students, and be under 40 years old (born on or after September 1st, 1985).

3. The applicants must have already attended degree courses for one year or above, have a good academic and moral performance, and abide by Chinese law, regulations as well as university rules.

4. The applicants should have excellent academic performance which is unanimously recognized by teachers and students, and must have good level of Chinese language skills and should be able to provide relevant statement (except for students studying in English-taught programs), and grades of their compulsory courses of that academic year must be B or above.

5. The applicants should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship, Confucius Institute scholarship, or any other form of Chinese government funding.

ⅢRequired Application Materials

1.(Required)GuangdongGovernment Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 1 (It could be downloaded in the attachment file), should be signed by the applicant.

2.(Required)Transcripts of 2024 -2025 academic year.

3.(Required)Copy of the information page of the passport (should be within the validity period).

4.(Required)Digital identification photo (JPG format).

5. Copy of HSK4 or above certificate which will be well examined. The applicants shall be disqualified, if forgery is found.(Those who provide HSK certificate will be given priority)

6. Students who published academic papers should submit his or her paper and Citation Search Report from Shenzhen University Library(Click herehttp://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/en/research/drdp for guidelines to obtain Citation Search Report).

7.Certificates, awards and other certificates obtained in the previous academic year (September 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

IVWhen and How to Apply

1. All applicants should log in the scholarship system (status.szu.edu.cn) and submit the documents onlineat the prescribed time. Applications submitted after the deadline or with incomplete materials will not be accepted, and applicants with false materials will be disqualified.

2. Students who pass the initial review in scholarship system will be viewed and recommended by the degree program committee.

3. By August 19, 2025, each degree programwill organize the selection to determine the recommended candidates. 

On-site defense may be organized if necessary. Application materials should be submitted to Office A6-1006 by August 19.

4. From August 20, 2025 to August 24, 2025,preliminary selection, notice, and submission of materials. The list of recommended candidates will be posted on Medical School notice board. After the notice period, Medical School will submit the list along with the application materials to Room 320, Chaoxi Building, College of International Exchange by September 1, 2025.

5.The College of International Exchange will organize International Student Scholarship Review Board to conduct the final review and determine the final list in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and merit. The university's review group will determine the list of each college and make the list posted.

6. The International Student Scholarship Review Board will post the final list for three days. If there are any objections to the review process and results, an appeal may be lodged with the International Student Scholarship Review Board during the notice period. The International Student Scholarship Review Board shall accept and respond to the appeal. After the notice period ends without any objections, the official list will be announced.
