Notice on Foreign Teachers' (including post-docs) Applying for Work Permit 

and Residence Permit (Updated on 20240613)

Employers/Fellow teachers:

为保障各用人单位的外籍教职员工（含博士后）顺利来华，特通知如下：

In order to ensure the success of foreign faculty and staff (including post-docs) in China, 

we hereby inform you as follows:

★请仔细阅读深圳市公安局出入境关于办理外国人相关签证证件应遵守及注意的事项

★ Please carefully read the relevant documents on entry and exit policy of foreigners' visa application 

by Shenzhen Public Security Bureau. 

1-外国人在中国境内工作必须申报单位与工作单位一致

1- Foreigners working in China must apply for the same post as declared

2-外国人在中国境内工作必须同时持有两证：a、有效的《外国人工作许可》b、有效的工作类居留许可，否则属于非法就业行为。

2- Foreigners working in China must hold two certificates at the same time: a. valid Foreigner Work Permit or Foreigner Expert Certificate and other work permits; b. valid work residence permit; otherwise, it is defined as illegal employment.

★ 所有材料及办事指南见附件（材料直接发送至指定邮箱,家属入境后居留许可请参照附件里指南自行申请。）
