(1)BRCA1/BRCA2/PALB2突变与乳腺癌、卵巢癌等疾病发生的分子机制研究,开发其深度学习模型;
(2)SPRTN与DNA-Protein crosslink损伤修复及早衰发生的分子机制与致病机理研究;
(3)DNA复制压力与细胞周期检验点激活的分子机制研究;
(4)染色体外环状DNA与基因组不稳定性及胰腺癌等癌症发生的分子机制和致病机理研究,开发其识别工具。

黄敏,博士,深圳大学助理教授,研究员,博士生导师。2019年博士毕业于中国科学院北京基因组研究所,师从郭彩霞教授。随后于2019年赴美在MD安德森癌症中心从事博士后研究,师从DNA损伤应答领域专家陈俊杰教授。长期致力于DNA损伤应答与基因组稳定性维持方向的研究,主要采用CRISPR/Cas9筛选、degradation Tag(dTAG)靶向降解技术等实验方法,揭示基因组不稳定性诱发疾病(肿瘤、早衰等)的分子开关,以助力遗传病咨询与精准医疗方案设计。以第一作者或共同第一作者在Molecular Cell, Nature CommunicationsNucleic Acids Research、 eLifeOncogene等期刊发表多篇高质量论文。
