杜勇,2026年2月加入深圳大学医学部基础医学院,任百人计划助理教授、研究员、博士生导师、独立PI。2015年博士毕业于中山大学,师从EB病毒领域权威专家、中科院院士曾木圣教授。先后在麻省大学医学院、康奈尔大学医学院从事博士后研究工作。长期从事天然免疫自身免疫疾病、感染性疾病及肿瘤免疫治疗相关的基础与转化研究,研究方向聚焦于浆细胞样树突状细胞(pDC)核酸识别及I型干扰素(IFN-I)调控机制,重点解析核酸递送、内体感知及免疫信号放大的分子基础。综合运用单细胞测序、CRISPR筛选、转录组学及多种细胞和动物模型,系统研究自身免疫疾病和肿瘤免疫中的核酸感知调控机制,并探索新的免疫调控靶点。以第一或共同第一作者在 J Exp Med(2022、2025)、J Clin Invest(2025)、Nat Commun(2024)及 PNAS(2015)等期刊发表多篇研究论文。
