脂滴在高血压、脂肪肝、糖尿病等代谢性疾病发病过程中的代谢调控机制和非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)新药研发
苏文,北京大学学士、北京大学病理生理学专业博士,北大优秀毕业生,南山区C类领航人才,深圳市孔雀人才C类人才。现为深圳大学助理教授,2015-2016年美国休斯顿核受体和细胞信号转导中心,美国瑞典三院院士-Jan-Ake Gustafsson实验室访问学者,阿斯利康-深圳大学肾脏病研究中心的成员。获国家博士后基金一等资助,国家自然科学基金青年基金,国家自然科学基金面上基金,深圳市基础项目等科研基金的资助。在国际上首次建立了正常人肝脏和脂肪脏的脂滴蛋白数据库,首次发现新型的脂滴相关蛋白HSD17B13参与人非酒精性脂肪肝和脂肪性肝炎的发生,为NASH的诊断和药物研发提供了新的靶点。目前以第一作者或通讯作者发表包括Naturecommun 2022,PNAS 2014、Am J Physiol Renal Physiol2017、Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab2017在内的文章数篇,Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab.审稿人,中国生理协会、美国糖尿病协会会员。
