毛承舟2022年获中山大学中山医学院博士学位,同年被深圳大学医学部基础医学院聘为助理教授,从事教学和研究工作毛承舟博士主要致力于癌症免疫治疗相关研究,异常糖基化修饰是细胞致瘤性转变的关键特征,而免疫细胞上表达大量可以和糖基结合的C型凝集素家族(C-type lectins)蛋白受体,他在博士期间主要关注C-type lectins参与介导的肿瘤免疫微环境(tumor immune microenvironment)调控、免疫耐受及免疫逃逸分子机制,已经在 J Leukocyte Biol Faseb J,Exp MolPatholCytokine 等国际主流期刊发表学术论文(其中一作或共一4篇),已经申请并授权国家发明专利多项。此外,采用 CRISPR/Cas9 基因编辑技术构建十多种小鼠和热带爪蟾(Xenopus tropicalis)基因修饰动物模型,并应用到上述研究中。
