2014年本科毕业于中山大学生命科学学院,获理学学士学位,同年继续在中山大学生命科学学院硕博连读,于2019年获理学博士学位。博士就读期间,曾前往美国佐治亚理工学院(Georgia Institute of Technology)访学一年。博士毕业后入职中山大学生态学院开展研究工作,前后任职博士后(2020.04至2022.03)和特聘副研究员(2022.04至2024.11)。2024年12月正式加入深圳大学医学部药学院,任助理教授。


迄今(2025.04)已参与发表SCI论文40余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Microbiome、Functional Ecology、Journal of Hazardous Materials等国际期刊发表论文10余篇。目前主要研究兴趣为:在中医理论的指导下,结合生态学理论,探究药物-肠道微生态-人体健康的互作规律,构建AI模型,助力个性化医疗;基于多组学、网络药理学和AI技术,从肠道微生态视角,解析中药性味归经的科学内涵和效用机制,助力中医药现代化。
