倪冬春博士,2020年获得瑞士巴塞尔大学博士学位,随后赴瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院(EPFL)从事博士后研究,2025年2月加入深圳大学医学部。倪冬春博士长期关注生物大分子机器的结构与功能,功能多肽、蛋白质设计及相关作用机制等研究。聚焦感染生物学与抗感染新靶标等科学问题,探索病原微生物的生理功能。整合机器学习、结构生物学和高通量筛选等技术,开发针对耐药病原微生物相关的创新型药物,旨在为临床病原耐药等问题提供突破性解决方案。已发表学术论文30余篇,包括Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Science Advances、Nature Microbiology、Nature Communications、Molecular cell、Nature、PNAS 和Plos Pathogens等期刊。目前还担任包括Engineering Microbiology青年编委;《Nature》、《Nature Communications》、《Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy 》 、《Current Research in Structural Biology》和《STAR Protocols》等期刊审稿人。教学工作主要负责《药理学》、《专业英语》等课程。
