胡命豪,药物化学博士,深圳大学药学院长聘副教授,独立PI。2012年与2017年毕业于中山大学药学院,分别获得药学学士及药物化学博士学位。长期致力于靶向特殊核酸二级结构(G-四链体)的抗肿瘤小分子药物开发及荧光分子配体的设计,主要研究内容:(1)设计合成靶向G-四链体的新型骨架先导化合物,阐释小分子的抗肿瘤作用机制与生物活性;(2)开展新型荧光分子结构设计与发光机制调控,推动其在细胞及活体成像领域的应用。近年来,以通讯作者身份在Nucleic Acids Res.、J. Med. Chem.、J. Biol. Chem.等学术期刊上发表了50余篇研究论文,多次入选斯坦福全球前2%科学家榜单。

近年来主持国家自然科学基金、广东省青年提升项目(省优青)、广东省医学科研基金、深圳市自然科学基金等多个项目。
